Compensation And Benefit For Supporting Division

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Management or equivalent field
• Having minimum 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation & benefit
• Understanding compensation & benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
• Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
• Understanding payrollcalculation & taxation
• Having knowledge about Human Resources Management
• Having good analytical & problem solving skills
• Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
• Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
• Good command of english both in writtenand spoken
